My company bought, 8 Grand Cherokee jeeps with complaints in all of them

The vehicles bought brand new and soon as 1000 km having different problems. Commonly on all of them we are having the following problems1. Engine cut of while driving and most commonly when slowing down using the brakes.2. Brake vibration in some happinning continuously even after replacing the brake pads and disk skimming by local jeep service dealer work shop.3. Some have gear not shifting to 5 & 6!4. Some show check engine warning and start slowing down for no reason and even when pressing the accelerator they don't respond. We reported to dealer service workshop but they could not resolve the issue after number of attempts. We complaints to the managers and all we get are non- Reasonable answers and solutions. We are told this is normal and asked to drive and not to worry about the issues of engine cutting off. We end up with a break down in the middle of the road. To resolve the issue of brakes vibration we are asked to apply harsh braking so ABS comes on at least twice a week!Although the vehicles are 4 x 4 we are accused of driving off road! I wonder if those are made to be driven on black top only. We notice damage to the vehicles after they come out of dealer workshop! For example wind screen washing system pipes and engine protecting plastic cover as well as damage to the wires ( appear to have been hit by hummers). This damage is never reported during delivery of vehicles after being serviced. All workshop managers seem defensive when we talk to them and they start putting plaims on vehicle users. Service period seems to take too long (2 days for a normal service although they advertise for 60minutes service period)The quality of customer service is way too bad that we are not even the chance to explain what we are complaining of and what we want to be done on the vehicles. We have been patients enough with these dealers but we could not wait any longer. Please helpRegards; Khalfan Al AmriMidwest Oilfield Services L.L.CTel: 00968 ********Email: khalfan.amri@***.com

Filed a lawsuit

This company has been harassing me since 10/14/2011. 154 calls since that date. The call only stopped when I threatened to file compalints with the FTC and Attorney Generals office ot the Sate of Illinois. This company uses robophone to try to hide their identity. Someone with the power to do so needs to stop them from continuing with their harassment actions. What happens with the robophones is that their phone number shows up and 'nonum' and their userid as 'unknown. Makes it difficule to call them back. The use of the robophone is used to hide their identity.

This isn't even for the right company. I am working with Midwest Credit Management Services, LLC in MINNESOTA.

They even warned me to look here when looking them up cuz they said there was another company using their name that sucked. Well I can see dat they wasnt lying to me.

They gonna save my house when the mortgage company just wanna keep me down. smh

You could have simply paid your bills then you wouldn't be getting calls...

So much for personal responsibility.

:grin

I saw this and initially got scared till I saw it was a different company than the one I am working with in Minnesota.

The company I was working with(Midwest Credit Management Services, L.L.C.) is in Minnesota and they saved my home out of a forclosure. I hope nobody thinks they are the same!

Midwest Stone Sales is Great!!!

We ordered our granite counter tops from Midwest Stone Sales. They had a great selection for us to look at. Full size slabs not just puny little samples like we saw everywhere else we went to. They had extended hours so my husband and I were able to go there after our work day. What a selection, there must have been thousnads of colors to look at. We were there for over two hours just looking for the right color and material for our kitchen. We didnt even realise that we were there well beyond their normal hours and they stayed open just for us! Thank you Kasia! We found just the right color for our project and could not have been any happier. The Midwest Stone price was half the price of what we were quoted at home depot. We had our counter tops installed yesterday. Wow were we pleased. We love them. Everyone one involved from sales to measure to install were top notch. Thank you guys so much! A++

I think the MN Company is B.S. They are all crooks, especially a *** named Diesack ( or something like that). Dont use them!

This is for a mortgage company, not Midwest Credit Management.

Mods, please remove this incorrectly listed complaint that makes the wrong company look bad.

Obtained my unlisted phone number for my exhusbands debt

I had my number changed to an unlisted, non-published phone number in the fall because I was tired of getting creditor phone calls for my ex-husband. When I answered the phone yesterday I had an individual asking for my ex-husband. I made sure to get the person's name, the company name, address and phone number. It was from Midland Management company. I told them that I had documented the call and that they had better never call me again. I told them I was not affiliated in anyway with my ex-husband or his debt. The thing that really bothers me is how they found my unlisted phone number and why they call me for his debt.

I just received a phone call from Midwest Credit Management. Although courteous I don't appreciate them calling about my daughter's less than $500 debt.

My advise is to tell them after getti ng the rep's name to stop calling or you will sue them personally and company if they ever contact my phone number.

When you put the liability personally on them they seem to understand a little better!!! :( :(

So your daughter had your home listed as a contact and they called your home looking for her and you get mad? You should be pissed at HER for not paying her bills.

Yet you blame others.

This REEKS of bad parenting. :roll

PS My advice is that you learn how to spell advice.

They found your "unlisted phone number" because your exhusband had given it as a contact number. You "documenting" the call does nothing.

Do you know how many people who answer the phone on a collection call claim to be divorced just to try to get them to stop calling? If you want to stop the calls, why don't YOU also follow the FDCPA and submit a request to them IN WRITING as the law requires. That way they have to actually stop calling them.

Or else, you could take some personal responsibility and accountability and actually PAY YOUR BILLS instead of trying to blame a company located in Illinois. :grin

Duh if you'd bothered to read the whole post, you'd have figured out the woman was getting calls about her deadbeat exhusband's bills - that had nothing to do with her!!! You must work for one of those bottomfeeders.

i just got off the phone with them about 2 hours ago, and i was mistreated so bad by the *** i hung up on him. dont ask me how he got my work number, but the receptionist answered and he proceeded to ask her for my social security number, my work address and middle name.

i cant believe a company like this could be in business, i have experienced the worst type of behavior from them over the phone.

but i'm used to dealing with these people, you cannot fall for the BS they give you...there full of ***, do not give them any bank account information, they always take more than their suppose to. :(

So you didn't pay your bills, they went to a collection company and somehow it is THEIR fault?!?!? :roll
